As I work towards developing healthy habits, I need to be mindful about continuing to enjoy my favorite things about life. It’s easy for me to focus on my food weakness — coffee and chocolate — but there is weakness in trying to be perfect.
Perfectionism can be a wonderful motivator, but it can also cause great harm, like my horoscope suggest. In order for my healthy habits to be useful for me, I do not need to be perfect every day, but I need to be consistent. So this month I am challenged not to only to overcome my food weakness but also perfectionism.
